Deployment status

Investors Center is being brought up in two stages. Stage 1 is live on Robinhood Chain mainnet. Stage 2 has not run.

This page is the single statement of what exists. Every other page on this site describes the protocol as it is designed to work once stage 2 has run; where a page describes a market, a price or a balance, read it against what is here.

There is nothing to buy

INVEST does not exist yet. Total supply is zero, no INVEST has been minted, and the token trades nowhere. The anchor pool is deployed and its price is pinned, but it holds no liquidity at all — there is no INVEST in it and no USDG in it, so nothing can fill there. The four sell walls are not deployed. No bond market exists. Staking and the Boardroom are deployed and pay and decide nothing, because there is no supply to stake and no gINVEST to vote with.

Anything on Robinhood Chain that offers you an "INVEST" today is not this protocol. The only addresses that belong to Investors Center are the ones published on this page and in Contracts.

Stage 1 — live

Broadcast 2026-09-14, from block 63069426.

Verification56 of 56 verified on Sourcify, exact match, zero failures. Blockscout ingests Sourcify, so all 56 read as verified on the official explorer

What those 56 are:

CountWhatState
12the core — the token trio, Treasury, Staking, Distributor, BondDepository, PolicyGuard, RedemptionModule, ICAuthority, ICGovernor, TimelockControllerdeployed and wired to each other
1the anchor PolVaultdeployed, its pool key pinned and initialised, zero liquidity
1ReserveListerdeployed, holding the Treasury's lister seat
2PostedSelfServiceLane and its view-only PostedRefReaderdeployed and seated but closed — no policy is armed, so the lane admits nothing
5PostedPriceFeed — RCAT, WYFI, HIMS, DJT, AMCdeployed and live, posting on a 24-hour heartbeat
35LastPriceFeed — one wrapper per oracle-fed stock, ETF and bridged assetdeployed

Alongside those deployments, stage 1 registered and enabled 48 reserve rows — 43 against oracle feeds, 5 against the posted feeds above. A registered row is a place to count an asset, not the asset itself: the Treasury's balance of every one of them is zero, and so is its total reserve value.

Addresses for all of it are in Contracts.

The anchor's pinned price is the earlier, smaller sizing

The anchor's pool was pinned when the vault was deployed, which was before the seed was resized from $5,000 to $10,000 on the same day. Its pinned price therefore reflects the earlier sizing: PolVault.paritySqrtPriceX96() reads 6722732538487080947826882327540, which is $0.138889 per INVEST — $5,000 divided by the anchor's 36,000 INVEST. The rest of this site describes the $10,000 sizing, whose opening price would be $0.277778.

That pinned number is immutable, and seeding the anchor restores the pool to it rather than re-pricing it — so the opening price is a property of the vault that is deployed, not of the stage-2 transaction. Opening at the $10,000 price would require deploying a new anchor, i.e. running stage 1 again.

Nothing has traded at either number, and nothing can: the pool holds no liquidity. Which of the two prices INVEST opens at is a decision that has not been executed yet, and this page will record it when it is.

The five posted price feeds are the only thing running

They are the one live service the protocol has: each of the five posts a mark on a 24-hour heartbeat so its reserve row does not go stale. Nothing else off-chain is running, because nothing else has anything to do yet.

Stage 2 — not run

Nothing below is deployed. Do not look for an address for any of it, and treat a page that describes it in the present tense as describing stage 2.

WhatConsequence today
The seed — the USDG and the 60,000-INVEST mintsupply is 0, counted backing is $0, and nothing is tradable. The size is $10,000 as decided, but see the warning above: the deployed anchor is pinned to the $5,000 price
The anchor's liquiditythe pool exists and is pinned, but holds nothing, so no trade can fill in it
The four sell walls (PolLadder)no wall exists, so no wall can be bought from or filled
The bond marketsno market has been created; BondDepository has none
TaxCollector, FeeAllocator, ReserveAccumulatorthe fee flywheel is not wired; no fee is collected, split or spent
PolMigrator, PairOracle, PolPositionFeed, PairOracleFeedthe anchor has no median, no mark and no way to be deepened
The V4 position vault trio and the games lanewritten, not deployed

Custody today

This is the disclosure that matters most, and it is temporary by design.

The deployer's EOA still holds authority.governor, authority.guardian and the Treasury's RESERVEDEPOSITOR role. The Timelock is deployed and holds its own roles, but it is not yet the Treasury's governor. Until the stage-2 handoff revokes the deployer's three roles, the descriptions elsewhere on this site of governance owning everything and of there being no key that can move funds describe the post-handoff state, not today's.

What that key can and cannot reach today is bounded by what exists: the Treasury holds no assets, so there is nothing for a depositor role to move, and there is no supply to mint against. The handoff is part of stage 2 and this page will record it when it happens.

How to check any of this yourself

Nothing here has to be taken on trust. Open any address from Contracts on the explorer and read it:

  • InvestToken.totalSupply() → 0
  • Treasury.totalReserves() → 0
  • PolVault.totalSupply() → 0 — the anchor share has never been minted, because the position has never been seeded
  • BondDepository.marketsLength() → 0

Explorer: https://robinhoodchain.blockscout.com/address/<address>. Every one of the 56 is verified there, so the read tab is available on all of them.
